The Urban Medimakers Association is open to anyone. Partnerships are valid for one year, and the standard benefits include:
- Discounts on Urban Mediamakers sponsored events.
- Listing in our member and resource directory.
- Invitation to Urban Mediamakers' Partners only events.
- First knowledge of grants, financing and distribution opportunities.
- Support of Urban Mediamakers partners' independent projects.
- Discounts on products, services and publications provided by our partners
and sponsors.
There are various partnership levels to fit everybody's needs. With a database of over 16,000 and a web site hit rate of over 50,000 per month, you will be connecting with diverse individuals that are ready to support those that are supporting independent mediamakers.
It is through collaboration and support of one another that we will be able to succeed and really make a difference in attaining diversity in media. Partnership Details
Join today! All partnerships are valid for one year.
Silver Partnership - $30
Open to students with valid identification and individuals 65 years of
age or older. Includes all standard benefits, plus quarterly (4) mediamaking-related
event posting on the Urban Mediamakers web site and newsletter.
Gold Partnership - $45
Open to individuals wanting to support independent mediamakers. Includes
all standard benefits plus six (6) mediamaking-related event postings
on the Urban Mediamakers web site and newsletter, as well as 50% discount
on postings beyond the quarterly posting included in the partnership.
Platinum Partnership - $90
Open to individuals wanting to support independent mediamakers. Includes
all standard benefits, plus: (1) eight (8) event postings per year; (2)
photo/logo included with your member/resource directory listory; (3) free
print image consulting, and (4) discount on press kits/resumes/web sites/biographies.
Business Partnership - $300
Reaching customers is the name of this partnership that is tailored to
meet businesses' needs. It is open to businesses that support independent
mediamakers, and who want to reach this great market with information
on their products or services. Includes: (1) free admission for two company
representatives to all Urban Mediamakers networking events; (2) the opportuinty
to setup a display table during one of the Urban Mediamakers networking
events to market your services/product; (3) Free print image consulting;
and (4) discount on press kits/web sites/ and marketing campaigns.

Networking Event Sponsorship -- $500
Without new and continuous customers, a company cannot survive. As a Networking
Event Sponsor, you will reach a diverse group of individuals. This partnership
includes: (1) being listed on the Urban Mediamakers web site as an event
sponsor; (2) your logo and contact information included on all marketing
and advertising collateral used to market the event; (3) a feature story
on the Urban Mediamakers web site; (4) a display table at the selected
networking event: (5) an opportunity to demonstrate/speak to the event
attendees; (6) a one-time marketing campaign to our database of individuals.
With a database of over 36,000 and a web site hit rate of over 60,000
per month, you will be connecting with diverse individuals that are
ready to support those that are supporting independent mediamakers.
